OUR GOAL
Stichting Dunja Jocić realizes the productions and initiatives of choreographer, director, and artistic leader Dunja Jocić. The foundation creates personally and socially engaged dance theater that aims to appeal to the audience both emotionally and intellectually. Our productions explore key themes of our time through personal stories and push the boundaries of the dance theater form. As a foundation, we provide a platform for young talent, offering opportunities for growth through various initiatives and projects, eventually leading to larger productions within the foundation. We consider dance theater a significant art form and strive to make it accessible to a broad audience. Simultaneously, we tirelessly work on pushing our own creative boundaries.

Code of Governance
The Dunja Jocić Foundation follows the Dutch collective labour agreement for theatre and dance, and works according to the Cultural Governance Code and the Diversity & Inclusion Code.
Safe work environment
We do everything we can to create a safe and supportive work environment. If, despite this, you experience something upsetting or inappropriate, we work closely with ‘Vertrouwenspersoon & Advies’. You can reach out to Marjolein or Marie Claire, who are available to assist you in a confidential setting. They operate independently from our organization, which helps ensure their neutrality and discretion.
